Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During launch days or high-volume periods, processing may take an extra day.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS and UPS, depending on package size and destination.

This allows us to offer reliable shipping at the best possible rate.


Shipping Times

United States:

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Canada:

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping, depending on customs and location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We may offer flat rate or free shipping promotions during certain launches or order minimums.

 

Tracking

All orders include tracking.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.


Preorders

Some items may be sold as preorders.

For preorder items:

  • The estimated ship date will be listed in the product description

  • You will receive email updates throughout the process

  • If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, they may ship separately


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, shipping delays are unfortunately out of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier or reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help.


International Duties & Taxes (Canada)

For Canadian orders, import duties or taxes may be collected by your country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by The Scrub Club.
