🧺 ORDERING & SIZING

Q: How do I know what size to order?

Each product includes a detailed size guide in the description. Most of our pieces are designed with a relaxed, cozy fit. If you’re between sizes, sizing up will give a more oversized look. Still unsure? DM us on Instagram @thescrubclubco_ — we’re happy to help!

Q: Will you offer more sizes or styles?

Yes! We launch in small batches and expand based on customer feedback. If there’s a size or style you want, please let us know!

🚚 SHIPPING

Q: How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).

Once shipped:

- U.S. orders: arrive in 3–7 business days

- Canadian orders: arrive in 7–14 business days (depending on customs & location)

Q: Do you offer tracking?

Yes! Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive an email as soon as your package ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We hope to expand to more countries soon!

⏳ PREORDERS

Q: What is a preorder?

Preorders allow you to reserve an item before it’s in stock. This helps us reduce waste and make the exact quantity needed.

Q: When will my preorder ship?

Estimated shipping dates are listed in the product description.

We also send email updates throughout the process so you’re always in the loop.

Q: Can I cancel a preorder?

If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible. Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible—but we’ll always try to help.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because we produce in small batches, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to LOVE your order. If there is an issue, please reach out—we’re very understanding and will do our best to make it right.

🧵 PRODUCT CARE

Q: How do I care for my sweatshirt?

To keep your piece looking its best:

- Wash inside out, cold, gentle cycle

- Hang to dry (best method) or tumble dry low

- Do not bleach

- Avoid high heat to protect fabric and decoration

Q: Will it shrink?

Our sweatshirts are not pre-washed, so minimal shrinkage is possible—especially with high heat. To maintain original fit, hang dry or tumble dry low.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Q: Can I pay in installments?

Yes! With Shop Pay Installments, you can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments on orders over $50.

🎨 PRODUCTS & RESTOCKS

Q: Will sold-out items be restocked?

We create in small batches and are always testing new colors and styles.

If an item sells out, it may return—but not always in the same color or version.

If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it!

Q: Are you releasing new colors or products?

Yes! We’re constantly working on new drops. Follow us on Instagram and join our email list for early access.
